So you’re thinking of making us your primary care home? Great! Here’s what you should know to get the most out of your visit with us.

We recommend that everyone who joins our practice should start by having a complete physical exam and routine labs. If you recently had your physical and labs done, we will be happy to get the records from your previous doctor. Just let us know. However, if you have not had labs recently, then we suggest getting both done on the same visit. Book an appointment for a morning, and come fasting for labs.

Coming in because you are sick? No problem. The routine labs can wait till you are feeling better!

Please note that if you are sick and need to come in for an appointment, call as soon as possible and leave a message with the answering service. We need to know early to accommodate you on the same day or on the next weekday.  Of course, if we cannot accommodate you within 24-48 hours, we will advise you to go to an urgent care to be seen.

What to bring with you when you come to our office the first time:

  • Click to download our forms and fill them out ahead of time.
  • Your medication list or you can bring in the bottles themselves.
  • Any labs/test results/medical records from the last 2 years that you have available.
  • List of previous doctors/hospitals/facilities that have been involved in your medical care.

A few ground rules to remember:

We value and respect your time, so we do our best to be punctual and give you the best experience possible. Unlike other offices, we do not double book your time with the doctor. We ask that you come to your appointments a few minutes early if possible. If you are late, this can delay your being seen or in some circumstances, you may even need to be rescheduled.

Life happens and sometimes even with the best intentions, you can’t make your appointment. We understand, please just let us know as soon as you can if you cannot make it.

Our office generally goes by appointments. Patients who have made appointments are always our priority. Therefore, we often cannot accommodate walk-ins unless there has been a known cancellation in the schedule. In the interest of your time, we recommend that you call to make an appointment.
